About this role

We're looking for individuals who can make a positive impact in the Trauma division in Adelaide. This position offers opportunities to become a product expert, provide clinical and technical expertise in a hospital setting, and drive sustained long-term growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You'll sell products to customers to meet sales quotas.
  • You'll promote and sell Stryker's Trauma & Extremities portfolio products to meet customer needs.
  • You'll conduct product evaluations in operating theatre and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products.
  • You'll plan your territory, track progress, and proactively communicate with the National Sales Manager.
  • You'll solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
  • You'll educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
  • You'll manage and maintain your territory's product life-cycle.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • More than 2 years direct sales experience of medical devices within the Australian market.
  • Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not an option).
  • A previous track record of exceptional performance and promotion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A commitment to quality and passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • A drive to succeed combined with a love of the 'thrill of the chase'.
