We're seeking a talented Key Data Insights Professional to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping real-time decision-making across digital and brand advertising, customer marketing, and owned digital channels.
As a data expert, you'll partner with Marketing and Digital teams to design, build, and optimise advanced analytics and machine learning models. Your work will directly impact member engagement, growth, and retention by enabling smarter targeting, personalised experiences, and predictive insights.
- You'll collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to scope and prioritise analytics use cases.
- Develop models for segmentation, propensity scoring, and life event prediction.
- Build real-time 'next best experience' models for personalised content and product actions.
- Operationalise models in partnership with data, IT, and marketing teams.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI platforms and model development.
- Forecast media and marketing impact on commercial outcomes.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable visualisations for stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a similar position, either in-house or at a digital agency.
- Served as a trusted advisor to help plan and execute full-funnel performance media strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Confident working across digital advertising products like Search, Social, Display, and Affiliates.
- Used marketing and advertising technologies such as Google Marketing Platform, Adobe, Meta, and Customer Data Platforms to deliver results.
- Leveraged analytics platforms and data-driven insights to plan, execute, and measure media performance.
- Maintained effective relationships with internal stakeholders and aligned them to shared objectives.
- Worked with vendors or third parties to deliver outcomes within agreed constraints.
