We're seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the intersection of Data, IT Digital, and Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets and crafting compelling customer stories.
- This role involves leveraging expertise in Braze and Segment to build, optimize, and improve customer journeys.
- Nurturing customers through purchasing journeys and loyalty programs to increase effectiveness.
- Interrogating customer funnels for optimization opportunities and driving experimentation and learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating seamless personalized journeys using unique data assets. They will have a track record of working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or intelligence systems, technical understanding of HTML and SQL, and passion for insights and analytics.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing complex arrays of stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise judgement and initiative.
