We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a vital role in driving growth and efficiency through data-driven insights.

About the Role:
  • Set up, configure, and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for end-to-end measurement and analysis.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) with expertise, ensuring accurate and compliant data tracking.
  • Deliver actionable insights by exploring advanced GA4 segments, identifying journey drop-offs, and creating recommendations for non-technical teams.
  • Foster experimentation by translating analytics into high-impact test hypotheses and partnering with the eCommerce testing specialist on A/B and multivariate website testing.
  • Refine attribution and audiences by building first-party audiences across Google and Meta, syncing segments from BigQuery/CDPs, and leveraging them for smarter targeting and insights.
  • Champion data governance and privacy by upholding naming conventions, QA checklists, automated alerts, and privacy-centric tagging solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on GA4 ownership and implementation experience.
  • Deep GTM expertise and SQL/T-SQL skills to query GA4 export tables and join CRM/transactional data for holistic insights.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio or similar tools.
  • Evidence of using analytics to unlock revenue or engagement growth.

  • GA4 or BigQuery certifications.
Requirements for Success:
  • 5+ years in digital analytics, with 3+ years at senior analyst or manager level.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, BI, Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., T-SQL/SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience in translating analytics into high-impact test hypotheses.
