About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Associate on a permanent full-time basis.

As a key member of our Insurance Team, you will assist with policy processing, customer communication and provide administrative support to our brokers.

You will work closely with our team in our Midland office to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

About You

The ideal candidate is a confident individual with strong communication skills, looking to build their career in the insurance industry.

You will possess a Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking, experience within the industry and excellent organisational skills.
