Customer Service Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our frontline team at our store in Floreat, Western Australia.
This role requires afternoon to evening availability on Monday and Thursday between 1:15pm to 10:15pm. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and fantastic deals, operating point of sale and monitoring fuel/stock deliveries, ensuring a safe working environment at all times, and maintaining effective merchandising and stock control.
Previous retail experience is preferred to support our store team. We are looking for confident individuals with an energetic approach to every day, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a great problem solver who is solutions focused.
