Breakfast Dish Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showcasing variety and flair.
- Maintain strict stock rotation and minimize wastage by following stock control procedures.
- Ensure all working areas are clean and tidy. The chef is responsible for washing all dishes during service.
- Assist with in-house functions, restaurant, and cafe food as required.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, report any issues to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
- Previous experience in buffet breakfast service is preferred.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food while maintaining set food cost.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- possess strong planning and organizational skills.
- Be willing to learn and go above and beyond for our guests.
