Job OverviewA key role exists within our organisation for a Privacy Analyst to support the maintenance of a robust privacy framework.

We are seeking a talented individual with experience in regulatory compliance or legal, preferably within the Australian financial services industry. This role will be responsible for enhancing and implementing a robust privacy framework that enables compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations across the organisation.

The successful candidate will also develop, review, and maintain privacy policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. They will provide effective communication and training on these requirements and undertake assessments of privacy-related incidents.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, review, and maintain privacy policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide effective communication and training on privacy requirements.
    • Undertake assessments of privacy-related incidents to ensure timely investigation, reporting, and resolution.
    • Conduct privacy risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
