**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice butcher. As a key member of our butchery department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meat products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including cash handling and answering queries about our products.
  • Fully stock the cabinet and replenishment trays on a daily basis.
  • Prepare sausages, burger patties, and kebabs for sale.
  • Break down carcasses (lamb & pork) into usable cuts.
  • Cut and trim meat to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop innovative and ambitious product lines to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
