Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement full-year commercial and strategic plans for the Womenswear portfolio.">
  • Conduct regular trend analysis and monitor brand health to ensure relevance for the consumer.">
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers to drive business success.">
  • Identify sales trends, best performers, and areas of opportunity.">
  • Ensure assortment depth and size curves are relevant and in line with sales trends.">
  • Manage and maintain strong partnerships with brands to deliver market-leading assortments.">
  • Negotiate optimal commercial outcomes, including intake margin, markdown assistance, and rebates.">
  • Liaise and collaborate with Marketing and Retail Teams to ensure successful launches and campaign executions.">
  • Source new and relevant brands to drive category growth.">
  • Review sales performance at store and brand levels, highlighting opportunities.">
  • Deliver weekly in-depth reviews of the portfolio and suggest actions at Trade Meetings.">
  • Regularly review forward orders and current inventory holds, highlighting opportunities and risks.">
