Lead Operations Manager

The Director role at The Orange Door network is responsible for leading operations across the East division of the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. This position supervises Hub Managers to ensure local operations align with integrated practice as outlined in the Hub Service Model.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure consistent operations across the state and improve service responses for victim survivors of family violence, vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
- Represent the organisation's interests in high-level discussions and negotiations with government departments, other jurisdictions, service providers, and within the department.
- Provide authoritative advice and briefings to ministers, Family Safety Victoria's Deputy Secretary, senior management, and external stakeholders.
