Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced leader is required to oversee the operations and performance of a team of security personnel at a cutting-edge data centre.

The role requires effective supervision, high-level communication skills, and the ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the performance of manned guarding personnel deployed
  • Providing security awareness and systems access training to new employees
  • Assisting with rostering short falls and managing accurate timesheets
  • Attending and participating in regional security management conference calls and meetings
  • Monitoring and development of work Health and Safety practices
  • Lead point of contact for all security matters while on shift

Requirements:

  • MUST hold a current AGSVA NV1 Clearance
  • Hold a Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
