Join our team as a Project Engineer, where you will play a key role in leading and managing the entire project life cycle of capital investment projects from concept to execution within the operating factory environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of projects to ensure safety protocols are followed and plant operations run smoothly
  • Conduct preliminary analysis for projects including building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout, taking into account industry standards and best practices
  • Supervise the installation of equipment and manage budgets to meet scope requirements
  • Update and create site technical drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Design and execute projects based on corporate business principles, local regulations, and user requirements specifications
  • Ensure safety by design during construction and ongoing operation of the plant, prioritizing employee and customer well-being
  • Lead and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders to implement the project in accordance with timing, cost, and quality
  • Coordinate efforts with start-up manager and team to assure smooth transition to operations after qualification and verification of installation

Requirements:
  • Completion of tertiary study in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in engineering field project management skills, including developed analytical and budgetary skills
  • Experience working in food manufacturing environment preferred
  • Leaders must have proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams, experience in managing and leading teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality
  • Self-management following defined KPIs/objectives and proactively tracking them
