Personal Injury Lawyer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team in the eastern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our reputable legal practice.

This permanent, full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding role that requires delivering professional legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases.

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation for court proceedings and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong cases for clients
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a solicitor with a valid practising certificate
  • Demonstrable experience in personal injury law
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients
