About the Role... This role suits an experienced and highly capable Personal Injury Lawyer. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, liaising directly with injured clients regarding their claims (e.g., Workcover, TAC, Abuse Law if desired, and Public Liability claims). You will also enjoy supervising and mentoring other lawyers and have the opportunity to work with highly experienced senior colleagues, supported by a supportive admin team. The firm offers excellent infrastructure & resourcing (including IT systems and support) and has very realistic KPIs and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have...
- Sound experience, e.g., minimum of 5 years post-admission, in personal injury law;
- Genuine desire for personal career growth and self-development;
- Strong file and time management skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Ability to prioritise, triage, and manage clients' competing priorities;
- Strong understanding of P.I. preparation.
