The Firm

Our client is a respected Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm led by three dedicated and experienced Partners. With a strong reputation for transparency, results, and client care, this team is driven by a commitment to helping people through some of the most challenging times in their lives.

The Role

This position is ideal for a lawyer with 2-5 years PAE in Queensland personal injury litigation. You will work closely with two highly regarded Partners known for their expertise and genuine investment in mentoring lawyers.

Your caseload will primarily include:

  1. Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims (approx. 75%)
  2. A mix of PIPA and Workers' Compensation matters (approx. 25%)

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your technical skills, and receive personalized support within a collaborative and well-resourced team.

Candidate Requirements
  • 2-5 years PAE in Queensland personal injury litigation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for advocating for injured Queenslanders
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team
