Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant - Dispatch to join our team at Anaconda Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and dispatch of stock, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process stock deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely dispatch of stock to customers.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring all customer queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
