About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide home help services including general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Assist with personal care services including getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day, assisting with medications, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
  • Offer social and emotional support to our clients.
Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
  • At least 3 months experience in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
