The Role
  • Drive growth for both clients and IncuBeta by leading client strategy, meetings, case studies, and partner engagement.
  • Support clients in delivering impactful and efficient digital media strategies, analyzing data, trends, and performance.
  • Create detailed digital media plans across key disciplines to reach clients' KPIs.
  • Ensure campaign success by managing budgets and monthly invoices.
  • Collaborate with a team of media consultants to drive and lead your dedicated support team, ensuring consistent delivery of right outcomes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related subjects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in account management or a related role.
  • Native-level English proficiency in writing and speaking.
  • Strong commercial acumen, client-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in account management on client or agency side.
  • A true people person, comfortable with collaboration and building internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong paid media knowledge and commercial acumen are essential; other related skills are highly valued.
  • Last but not least, you're curious and interested in staying updated on the latest digital industry developments.
