Fixed Plant Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Plant Operations Leader to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of fixed plant assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive safety culture by promoting awareness and compliance, prioritising safety in all activities and operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating and implementing opportunities for enhancement using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders in the performance of duties.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Fixed Plant Maintenance personnel.
  • Manage fixed plant maintenance activities to maximise productivity while minimising cost and environmental impact.
  • Provide quality control on maintenance process, including reviewing the 5 whys process completed by direct reports.
  • Work closely with planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective maintenance.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely, according to plan and cost effectively.
