Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience in coaching and leading teams, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to achieve optimal asset performance.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective maintenance planning.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively within Plant Maintenance.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, according to plan, and cost-effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of fixed plant maintenance operations and experience in contributing to the development of a safety culture.
  • Understanding of budget preparation, variance analysis, cost forecasting, and cost drivers.
