**The Role**

CBH is looking for a Structural Integrity Specialist to inspect, assess, record and register the integrity and overall condition of our grain storage buildings as well as concrete and steel cells. Working closely with the Asset Management team, you will prioritise assessments to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This role is key to ensuring the safety and longevity of our assets across WA.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until September 2025, based in Perth, with a balance of fieldwork travel required.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Conduct detailed inspections of grain storage buildings, concrete and steel cells and associated concrete and steel infrastructure (Level 1 investigations) across the Company's network to assess their structural integrity.- Analyse inspection results and data to identify potential risks, weaknesses, or areas of concern.- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and any necessary corrective actions.- Ensure all inspections and assessments comply with industry codes, regulations, and company policies.- Assist in the development of the Structural Integrity Process, including, template and document creation, development of company standards and the implementation of the process as led by the Asset Management team.

**About You**:
- Previous experience in structural integrity analysis, corrosion protection or relevant field- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO, etc.)- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (desired but not essential)- Excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare detailed reports and interact with cross-functional teams- Ability to travel regularly within WA, including a valid driver's licence (essential)
