Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Team Leader in our Canberra ACT office.

This position is ideal for someone looking to start immediately under a part-time arrangement, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position in the future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of drivers and offsiders, ensuring efficient job scheduling, allocation, and overall management.

This includes overseeing all aspects of work, such as job schedules, job allocations, and direct management of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a team of drivers and offsiders
  • Ensure efficient job scheduling and allocation
  • Manage staff members directly
  • Oversight of all work aspects, including job schedules and allocations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
