Job Opportunity: Stockroom Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our stockroom team in Adelaide. As a leading global sports brand, we have been built on a vision that our passion for sport makes the world a better place.

This role is intended to cover maternity leave (12 months). We are looking for a seasoned leader who would like to grow their career with a global sports retailer and help us enhance our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experience.
  • Supporting store management by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs and deliver a premium stockroom model.
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Driving compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class factory outlet experience.
  • Driving profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Supporting store management by providing consumers with outstanding experiences while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Desirable Experience:

  • Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
