Job Title

We are seeking a diligent Stockroom Associate to oversee daily stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the Inventory Controller on all items.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing shortages and losses.
  • Evaluate and enhance processes for handling damages, testers, and known theft products according to company standards.
  • Support regular stock counts and cycle counting procedures.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and ability to influence team members by leading by example.
  • Suitable level of physical fitness to handle boxes weighing up to 15kg.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
