We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join our team in Adelaide on a full-time basis.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy logistics, inventory management and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day stockroom operations, including managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom environment.
This role involves working closely with the store management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service while meeting sales and profit targets
- Suggesting ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience
Experience in retail team leadership, particularly in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear, is highly regarded. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
