Dynamic Customer Service Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about customer service and sustainability. If you have experience in a customer service role, working in a warehouse/storage facility, and hold a forklift license (or are willing to obtain one), this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading our depot team and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and demonstrating our company values and culture
  • Assisting with the collection and management of all product that enters the depots
  • Ensuring accurate sorting and placement of product in bulker bags (heavy lifting required)
  • Transporting bulker bags to relevant storage areas using forklift or manual handling
  • Working with customers to assist them in sorting their containers either manually or via alchemy machines
  • Ensuring all customers feel valued and inspired to return to our depot
  • Reporting performance and health and safety metrics to Head Office on a weekly basis
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying problem areas to establish new procedures and improve efficiency
  • Ensuring staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently
  • Regularly checking the workplace for hazards and reporting any faults/risks for repair
