Private Debt Investment Role

This is a highly sought-after position for individuals with strong financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of credit and equity fundamentals.

The Associate Director will play a key role in originating, evaluating, structuring, and executing private debt investments. This individual will bring a holistic capital structure lens to the table, assessing deals from both a lender's and investor's perspective.

Key responsibilities include leading the evaluation and execution of private credit investments across various sectors and instruments, building and reviewing robust financial models, and conducting detailed due diligence.

Additionally, the successful candidate will present investment theses and recommendations to the Investment Committee with clarity and conviction, monitor portfolio companies, and contribute to origination efforts by leveraging networks and market relationships.

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in private debt, leveraged finance, structured credit, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a rigorous approach to credit risk assessment.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing private credit transactions.
  • Ability to think across the capital structure and evaluate deals from multiple perspectives.
