Trainee Program Manager

Mineral Resources Limited is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our traineeship programs. This high-impact role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of compliance trainers and mentors to provide quality programs with high completion and retention rates. They will oversee all traineeship programs, including coordinating established pathways and working with stakeholders to develop and deliver new programs.

This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in a training leadership role, and a deep understanding of VET pathways and industry standards. The successful candidate will also have previous mining experience and a Cert IV Training and Assessment qualification.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of compliance trainers and trainee mentors
  • Provide technical advice and support to your team and site regarding VET pathways and competency
  • Create, review and input into training packages and tools alongside SMEs
  • Establish effective relationships with relevant Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
  • Develop and facilitate comprehensive program onboarding
  • Organise developmental workshops and forums
  • Monitor trainees' progress and performance
