Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting our products and services to customers and driving sales growth.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
    • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on sales strategies and customer feedback.
