Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Project Engineer to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of engineering projects, collaborating with project managers and senior engineers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to support the successful execution of engineering projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Assist in ensuring that all project activities comply with quality standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Participate in identifying and resolving project-related issues and challenges, contributing innovative solutions.
  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your engineering skills.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the team and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (Auto CAD, Solid Works, etc.) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the engineering field, with aspirations to move into project management.
