We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Consumer Finance Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of projects and initiatives in the Digital Consumer Finance domain.
Key Responsibilities- Manage scope and delivery to the endorsed scope and delivery plan.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to achieve project objectives.
- Support your project team through end-to-end delivery, including any necessary escalation and facilitation of agile ceremonies.
- Manage delivery governance and project health in line with the Technology Simplification/Transformation Policy and Standards, including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items to Senior Management.
- Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
- Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/assurance functions.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of Change Management activities to support implementation.
- 5+ years of experience managing project delivery of $3M+ projects.
- Experience in Banking and Finance technology.
- Multiple systems integration experience.
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Cards management systems (plus, but not essential).
- Technical management and solutioning skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive planning and risk management skills.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills (Business & IT).
