Village Vibes Café is a vibrant community-focused establishment located in the heart of its surroundings. We specialise in a range of delicious barista-made coffees, freshly prepared food, and a carefully curated selection of beverages. Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers with excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare and serve a range of barista-style coffees, teas, and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and manage payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café, including the dining area and behind the counter.
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and ensuring the café is well-presented.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods calmly.
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcoholic drinks.
- Available for evening shifts Thursday to Saturday, working until 10 PM.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Right to work in Australia - no sponsorship available.
- Genuine love of customer service.
