Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the success of our organization by managing inventory, receiving goods, delivering stock to outlets, and maintaining storeroom areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
  • Deliver stock to outlets and respond to internal staff inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Liaise with external customers via phone and email to resolve any issues or queries.
  • Operate and maintain beverage systems as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to quickly understand our processes and make an immediate impact.
  • A strong understanding or prior experience in a store or stock environment is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and administration skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Hold a current full manual driver's license and have a valid fork lift operator's license (desirable).
  • Be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
