Job Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position commencing in the fourth term of the academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of the school's financial, physical, and human resources.

The Role
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff to ensure efficient administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination.
  • Administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and budgeting, and develop business plans in collaboration with the Principal and Executive Management Team.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with work rights for the duration of the appointment.
  • Required to apply for a WA Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
  • Need to obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting work.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering business outcomes and exceptional customer service.
  • Proven strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budget preparation and interpretation of financial procedures.
