Your Role

This role is all about ensuring our financial engine runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar keeping our accounts payable and receivable humming, payroll flowing, and reports polished to perfection.

Your day-to-day will include:

Full end-to-end payroll processing

Managing accounts payable and receivable like a pro

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Weekly and monthly reporting with clarity and precision

Responding to internal and external accounts queries

Jumping into ad hoc accounts tasks to keep everything ticking along

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and expenses

Manage cash flow and maintain healthy bank balances

Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance and accuracy

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualification in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Management

3+ years' experience in a similar role

Solid experience with accounting software (Xero)

Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs don't scare you)

Sharp eye for detail and love of accuracy

Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
