Job Summary:

This position is located in the Office of the Comptroller, Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services (CGFS) Global Operations, Bureau of Administration (A/GO).

The incumbent of this position serves as the integrated Project Manager and Transition Manager to transition the U.S. Department of State from E-Gov Travel Service 2 (ETS2) to the implementation of E-Gov Travel Service Next (ETSNext) and travel management center services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide project management leadership, team oversight, and change management strategy for implementation of large-scale enterprise projects or programs.

* Set program goals and objectives, track milestones and deliverables, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation plans to avoid schedule delays, cost overruns, or other barriers to success.

* Communicate complex issues, policies, and recommendations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

* Oversee and advise on travel management programs, services, or systems.

Requirements:

Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
