Design Lead for Innovative Projects

Drive the future of user experiences by leading and managing a talented design team. As a key member of our design team, you'll shape the vision for My CRM and collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure designs are intuitive, innovative, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with business and product goals, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric approach.
  • Mentor and inspire designers to grow their skills and navigate complex projects, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a lead designer on high-priority projects, creating designs and prototypes that meet high-quality execution standards while considering Design Vision Framework (DVF) considerations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
  • Promote a user-centered design approach, ensuring user insights, research, and data inform all design decisions.
  • Apply AI to define and implement best practices, design systems, and frameworks, driving consistency and scalability across the platform.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product design, with a focus on or demonstrated interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in a management role, with a strong ability to mentor and grow a design team.
  • A track record of contributing to design and leading impactful initiatives that drove product strategy and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with technical considerations of designing for AI, including understanding opportunities and limitations of large language models and other machine learning technologies.
