Warehouse Operations Specialist

A reliable and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist is sought to manage inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain efficient warehouse operations in the food services sector.

About the Role:

  • Receives, inspects, and properly stores incoming supplies, equipment, and materials in accordance with established procedures and inventory management systems.
  • Conducts regular inventory counts, performs stock checks, and updates records to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
  • Prepares shipments, packs items securely, and arranges for their dispatch based on requisitions or orders, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Coodinates with logistics teams to manage transportation, distribution, and tracking of materials to various locations as per mission requirements.
  • Assists in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, including handling materials safely, following safety protocols, and disposing of waste appropriately.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must possess an active US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Must have an understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy items, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
