Occupational Therapy Role for Children's Development

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in a clinic-based setting, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs.

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessments and tailored interventions to support children's development in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive skills, social development, and self-care routines.

The role involves collaborating with a team of Allied Health professionals to deliver exceptional therapy outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorders, using innovative therapeutic techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and tailored interventions to support children's development
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional therapy outcomes
  • Support paediatric clients, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorders, using innovative therapeutic techniques

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred)
