Lead AI Solutions for Access to Justice

This is a leadership role where you will lead the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions to improve access to justice.

About the Role

As an AI Solutions Lead, you will:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain AI systems that meet organisational standards for compliance, performance, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are feasible, fit-for-purpose, and secure.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and vendors based on organisational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Work with vendors to test, implement, and refine AI solutions that align with organisational standards and deliver meaningful value.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in evaluating and managing AI systems, with experience in leveraging cloud-based AI services, data pipelines, and DataOps practices to support scalable, compliant, and sustainable implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills in coordinating AI roadmaps and aligning AI projects with organisational goals, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring value delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
