Artificial Intelligence Visionary

Lead the development of a comprehensive AI strategy, providing strategic direction and vision on AI technology adoption. This role will drive prioritisation of AI use cases across the enterprise and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that AI initiatives deliver maximum business value while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Leadership:
    • Assess and standardise AI platforms, focusing on Microsoft technologies and considering leading tools and architectural patterns for scalability, security, and interoperability.
  • Governance & Oversight:
    • Drive AI governance processes, including ethical guidelines, risk management, compliance, and decision-making frameworks for AI deployment.
  • Use Case Prioritisation:
    • Partner with business units to assess, prioritise, and oversee AI initiatives aligning with enterprise strategy and delivering measurable value.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Set the overall direction for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, digital transformation programmes, and innovation agendas.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted adviser to executives and cross-functional leaders, facilitating informed decision-making on AI investments.

Requirements:

  • AI Expertise:
    • Proven experience in AI strategy development, AI platform evaluation, and AI adoption planning.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills, with experience in driving organisational change and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills:
