Leadership Opportunity: AI Technology Strategist

Job Description:
As an AI Technology Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our technology strategy, focusing on modern AI/ML approaches. You will oversee the solution architecture and design of AI-powered systems, working closely with technical leaders to implement our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and communicate clear technology strategies for your area of focus, aligning with business objectives.
  2. Partner with Engineering Managers to ensure technical solutions are delivered in line with strategic priorities.
  3. Develop actionable plans to improve system health, including AI model performance, infrastructure, and data quality.
  4. Promote exploration of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, to maintain our technology leadership.
  5. Design high-quality, user-centric solutions, leveraging AI/ML capabilities where appropriate.
  6. Foster a vibrant internal technology community through engagement and knowledge-sharing.
  7. Drive impactful external engagement through talks, publications, and partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience providing technology leadership to engineering teams, along with strategic guidance.
  • Strong track record in developing long-term architectural strategies, particularly in AI/ML-enabled platforms.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, with growing experience in Generative AI and large language models.
  • Proven experience mentoring and nurturing experienced engineers, fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Excellent communication skills to share complex technical ideas clearly across both technical and business domains.
