Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Port Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient, safe, and timely movement of cargo through the port.

About the Position
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team and external customers to manage the flow of commodities into/out-of the port
  • Oversee rail and road movements into/out-of the terminal for all domestic and export customers
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Capital teams, and Pest Control team during planning
  • Produce reports required to communicate plans with relevant stakeholders
  • Plan labour hours to cost effectively execute weekly work plans
Main Responsibilities

The Port Planner will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing port operation strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of port activities
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless port operations
