Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity involves working as an experienced automotive repair specialist undertaking high-quality workmanship to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer procedures.
  • Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online processing vehicles efficiently.
  • Manage parts for repairs ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist with production management of the centre where required.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition handing over completed repairs to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position including estimating/quotations in the automotive industry.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with AudaNet and computer abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills strong systems experience, and ability to meet deadlines problem-solve accurately and work collaboratively with the team.
