Job Title:

Project Program Administrator-Import/Export

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Program Administrator.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively within a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and complete end-to-end customer service functions, including liaison with overseas clients and offices, sales representatives, operations & service providers.
  • Provide quotations for LCL, FCL, Air - Import & Export
  • Maintain client rates and tariffs
  • Produce customer tracking reports, live updates
  • Client and intercompany billing, account payments and intercompany reconciliations
  • Follow SOP's & KPI's
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, imports or exports with an International Freight Forwarder is essential
  • Strong relationship building experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask
  • High level attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Freight Forwarding Industry
