Job Summary:

A detail-oriented professional is sought to manage import and export logistics across global markets, ensuring compliance and efficiency in every shipment.

About You:

  • A minimum 3+ years' experience in an export/logistics role within a medium to large organisation is required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (preferred) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Ozdocs Export Software is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures is necessary.
  • Experience with export/import documentation (e.g., Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading) is expected.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication, are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will manage freight movement for both import and export, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Coordination of shipping documentation and logistics from various locations (Australia, Europe, USA) will be a key responsibility.
  • Liaising with freight forwarders, customs, and transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery is crucial.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with export customers and service providers is vital.
  • Preparing financial reports and statements related to export-import operations is an important task.
  • Ensuring legal and ethical compliance in all logistics practices is mandatory.
