Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.">
  • Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.">
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.">
  • Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.">
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.">
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.">

About You:

">
  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.">
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred).">
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).">
  • Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.">
