Lead Educator Position

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our Early Childhood Education team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment for educators and children alike.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

They will work closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team to create a cohesive and effective learning program that meets the needs of all children.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Proven experience in leading a team within a childcare service
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
