We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Counsellor to join our team in supporting children and families. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised support plans for children and families
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Professional Qualifications:
- Full registration as a Counsellor with a recognised professional association
- Paid Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current NSW Police Check
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of paediatric assessment tools and confidence in administering them
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with the NDIS (desired but not essential)
